These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the transportation services provided by Alexandria ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") within the Arab Republic of Egypt. By requesting or using our transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Alexandria provides transportation services for passengers within Egypt. Services may be requested through our website, phone communication, or other available booking methods.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Egyptian law.

3. Booking and Service Conditions

All ride requests are subject to driver availability. The Company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms.

4. Fares and Payments

Passengers agree to pay the applicable fare for the transportation service. Fares may vary depending on distance, duration, traffic conditions, and other operational factors. Payment must be made in cash or through any other approved payment method.

5. Cancellations

Passengers may cancel a booking; however, cancellation fees may apply if the driver has already been dispatched or has arrived at the pickup location.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and destination information.
  • Treat drivers with respect.
  • Not engage in unlawful, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
  • Not damage the vehicle.

7. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers must comply with all applicable Egyptian traffic laws and maintain valid driving licenses and required vehicle documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Egyptian law, Alexandria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our transportation services.

9. Insurance

Vehicles used for transportation must carry insurance coverage as required by Egyptian law. Any claims related to accidents shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and insurance policies.

10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, weather conditions, government actions, or public disturbances.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
